We currently are accepting most insurances. Please contact the office to inquire specifically about your insurance.
For patients that have Cigna insurance through GHS we are not a network provider.
If you are currently a patient on Medicare please contact the office if you are considering a Medicare Advantage Plan. We are not accepting all the plans that are currently offered.

Insurance information
We are unable to file claims without correct insurance information, so please bring your insurance card to every visit.
We collect all copayments, coinsurance or deductable amounts at the time of service.
Patients without insurance are expected to pay at the time of service.
